Sport in Daveyton received a major boost with the Sport Trust handing over a new building to the Daveyton Golf Club and sporting equipment to local sports federations. The event was held at the golf club on Friday, 4 th of December. 
The Gauteng MEC for Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation has congratulated winners of the Diski 5-A-side tournament and the legends games held here in Sandton Mandela square over the weekend as part of the Football Festival Soccerex Convention. 
It was all or nothing as the men and women's teams from Tshwane locked horns in the Soccerex Diski 5 soccer tournament hosted at the Eersterus Stadium at the weekend. The event saw soccer clubs affiliated with the Tshwane Local Football Associations participating in the 5-a-side. |
